By accessing or using the k8x platform at https://k8x.live, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use k8x.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. k8x processes withdrawals within 5 minutes on average, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

Before your first withdrawal, k8x may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Failure to complete verification will result in your withdrawal being held until the process is complete.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

If your k8x account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
